Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
All items are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please review all size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
Important Information for EU Customers
Under EU law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. print-on-demand items).
Our products are made specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Therefore, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
